Founded by Bradley Stevens, an experienced Civil Engineer and marine civil specialist, SMG combines deep engineering expertise with modern equipment, strong safety culture, and hands-on project management. Our mission is simple: provide reliable, efficient, and technically-driven marine solutions that support healthy waterways and thriving communities.

SMG was created from extensive industry experience across dredging, marine infrastructure, and civil engineering. After leading major marine projects — including river maintenance dredging, bridge works, seawalls, marine structures, and environmental dredging — our team recognised the need for a contractor that delivers:
